Intellistars ABA is expanding in Riverdale to better serve our community with access to high-quality, evidence-based autism services. With our second center now opening, along with continued in-home services in Riverdale, we are able to support more families. Our centers provide personalized ABA therapy in a warm, family-centered environment, focused on building communication, social, and daily living skills while offering trusted care closer to home.
We offer a comprehensive range of services at our Riverdale Premier ABA Therapy Centers, including in-home assessments, individualized behavioral intervention, and family training. With our expanded capacity, we are able to support more families while providing the tools and guidance needed to help each child grow both at home and in the community.

Before we begin teaching, we focus on understanding your child. To create a personalized therapy plan, an Intellistars BCBA will assess your child at home, school, and in community settings. These observations help guide the development of an individualized intervention plan.
Step inside our Riverdale Center and explore a space thoughtfully designed to support growth, comfort, and connection. From our engaging sensory gym that encourages movement and exploration, to our calming tree room created as a peaceful retreat, every area is built with intention.
Our center also features dedicated one-on-one therapy rooms for focused, individualized support, along with group therapy spaces that foster social interaction and peer learning. Each environment is carefully structured to meet children where they are, while helping them build confidence, communication, and independence in a warm, supportive setting.

We use positive reinforcement as a key tool for growth. When challenges arise, we provide structured behavioral support to help children develop meaningful, positive behaviors that support their everyday lives.
Social and Emotional Growth
Beyond each session, we focus on building lasting social skills. For children with autism and developmental disabilities, social interactions can be challenging. At our Riverdale centers, we teach these essential skills in a way that generalizes across environments—helping each child thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
Social/Emotional Enrichment
Above the session, beyond the home. Social skills that come naturally to most children are often a great challenge to children with autism and developmental disabilities. We strive to teach these in a way that endures for life—and in all life settings. So the child flourishes with behaviors that serve them every single day.
Social/Emotional enrichment activities are an excellent opportunity to teach or generalize skills in other settings such as in daycare, on the playground, or out in public. By empowering children to regulate their emotions and process social cues, we can help reduce their stress as they interact with the world around them
