- Be a licensed BCBA in the state of Georgia at the time of nomination.
- Submit truthful and accurate information to the best of their knowledge.
- Grant permission for submitted content (including names, photos, and stories) to be used for promotional and recognition purposes related to the Miss Georgia BCBA program.
- Understand that nomination does not guarantee selection or award.
- Acknowledge that all decisions by the Miss Georgia BCBA selection committee are final.
